You can reset your password using this page: https://ezekia.com/reset and enter your email address.
You should receive an email with a reset link (check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it), but please be aware that this will expire after a few hours. Note that if you are signed in to Ezekia and request a password reset, ensure you sign out of Ezekia before opening the reset link.
Chrome Extension Login problems
Note that the password for Ezekia and the Chrome extension are always the same, so if you are having difficulty signing in to the Chrome extension, but not Ezekia, it might be a problem with your password manager having a different password to the one you enter in the Chrome extension. Try entering the password manually into both.
