You can find the answers to most frequently asked questions by entering keywords in the ‘Search for help’ line and pressing the magnifying glass icon.
For example, Getting Started will return several articles on how to get started with Ezekia.
Entries available range from useful hints to help you start using the system, to in depth information for more advanced users.
Other useful keywords include:
Tutorials – provides a list of all the video tutorials on the system
Screen guides – provides a list of the written guides to some of the screens in Ezekia
Password reset – provides some articles on how to reset your password
If you need more information, scroll to the bottom of the panel, where you can raise a new query with the support team. The Help panel can be closed using the X icon in the top corner.
