You may occasionally experience temporary issues/errors when using the Ezekia AI Server with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
What’s happening?
From time to time, we deploy updates to improve the MCP connection. When this happens, any active AI sessions may be reset. If you are in the middle of a conversation or task, this can result in an error or the AI no longer responding as expected.
This does not affect your data in Ezekia. It simply means the connection between the AI tool and your session needs to be refreshed.
How to fix it
If you encounter an issue, the following steps usually resolve it:
- Disconnect the MCP connection in your AI tool
- Reconnect using your API token/OAuth
- Refresh the page or restart the AI tool
In some cases, clearing your browser cache may also help.
Does this affect all AI tools?
Yes, this can happen with any AI tool connected via MCP (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot). The behaviour may vary slightly depending on the platform, but the underlying cause is the same.
Is this a known issue?
Yes. We are actively improving how sessions are managed so that updates do not interrupt active usage.
What’s being improved?
Our team is working on:
- Making sessions more stable during updates
- Reducing the need to reconnect
- Improving overall reliability for multi-step workflows
Do I need to do anything?
No action is required. If you do run into an issue, simply reconnect as described above.
If problems persist, please contact our support team at support@ezekia.com and we’ll be happy to help.
