Please check the Windows default browser settings in the first instance by going to: Settings > Apps > Default Apps. If this looks correct, please note that specific file types or protocols can be set independently.
You can check these by scrolling down to the bottom of this page and selecting "Choose default apps by file type", then look for HTTP and HTTPS and ensure they are assigned to your chosen browser.
