Web browsers like Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome have built-in password managers that store your login information for websites you visit. If you’ve forgotten your Ezekia Password to use for example in the Outlook or Chrome add-in, but you can still login via your browser, you may be able to retrieve it from your browser’s password manager. Here’s how to do it:
Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge and click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
- Navigate to Settings > Profiles > Passwords.
- Here, you’ll see a list of all of your saved passwords. To view your Ezekia password, click on the eye icon next to it.
- You may be asked to enter your computer’s login password or authenticate using Windows Hello for security reasons.
Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome and click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
- Navigate to Settings > Autofill > Passwords.
- Here, you’ll see a list of all of your saved passwords. To view your Ezekia password, click on the eye icon next to it.
- You may be asked to enter your computer’s login password for security reasons.
Conclusion
Remember, these steps will only work if you have previously saved your Ezekia password in the browser and this password is still valid. If you haven’t saved your password, or it’s not working, you’ll need to reset your password through the password recovery process here: How do reset my password?
