If your two factor authentication isn't working, it could be that you are using the wrong code in your authenticator app. This is common if you have more than one code and have not named which belongs to which system. The code refreshes every 30 seconds for Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator is 1 minute. 


If you have not got the app then the process for 2FA has been set up incorrectly and you will need to start again.

If this is the case, then you will need to ask your Ezekia administrator to reset your 2FA clicking this icon in permissions area of settings.


From there you will need to set up 2FA again. Make sure you follow these instructions carefully to avoid any repeat in future.


1) Download the MS Authenticator or Google Authenticator app on your phone
2) Click the + in the top right of the App (this may ask you to select an account, if it does just select 'other')
3) This brings up your camera (from within the app) ready to scan
4) Scan the QR code on screen (you must do this from within the app - do not do it straight from your phones camera)
5) You will get a 6 digit code to input to login. Whenever you login in future, you will need to go onto the app and input the 6 digit code
