Ezekia uses cookies to store things like filter panel and login settings.   If you notice that your settings are not being remembered after closing your browser and restarting, it may either be that you did not accept Ezekia cookies, or that they are corrupt.


To reset your cookies:


Chrome:

  • In Chrome, navigate to chrome://settings/content/all
  • At the top right, search for Ezekia and delete every cookie record for Ezekia.

 

Edge:

  • In Edge, navigate to edge://settings/content/cookies/siteData
  • At the top right, search for Ezekia and delete every cookie record for Ezekia.


Close the browser and re-start it again.  When you next go to the Ezekia site, it should prompt you to accept cookies, which you should do.   Our cookies are only used internally and not for advertising purposes, etc.
