'People like this' allows you to search for candidates with similar attributes to the current candidate. Anyone you find like this can be easily added to a project by selecting the profiles you want and entering the project name. This feature currently looks through people's profiles and tries to find the most meaningful words, it then compares it against the text bodies of other candidates to find those same words and returns the results.
