You CAN send invites to anonymous profiles to encourage them to connect with your firm. If you do, the following occurs:
- The people you send invites to are added as anonymous profiles on the selected assignment in the ‘NAL Invites’ tab. They are sent the email below from a NAL email address.
- If they click the link, they are connected to your firm, and you get a notification - the connection is free (on top of the allowance they have). Their profile is moved from ‘NAL Invites’ into the assignment candidates list. It is now no longer anonymous and is actually a copy of their profile. It will have a link icon on it that, when clicked, will take you to their current NAL profile.
NAL profiles have no more rights than any other profile – they can’t see anything about the assignment, client, salary or anything else that you do not share with them
