If you keep being asked for a time zone when you create a new meeting in Ezekia, then your default timezone has been lost. This can occasionally happen as a result of operating system updates on your computer.
To re-enter your preferred time zone, navigate to the settings page via the 3 line icon in the top right corner. The time zone field is near the top of the preferences section. It is usually entered as a continent/city, as shown below.
