What are the Microsoft synchronisation rules?

Modified on Thu, 7 Jul, 2022 at 8:27 AM

For meetings, each time you visit a given meeting screen, a sync will happen. The same will be true for emails, although they will need to have selected to sync emails to a given person.  Each time they visit that person's email section on Ezekia, a sync will happen. For contact integration, each time a user updates a person that someone has sync'd, a sync will happen to update that contact in everyone's Outlook.

  • We have a scheduled command that will run twice daily that will sync new emails for each person they have selected to sync emails with. This is at the start of each day and then again at the end of each day.
  • We have a scheduled command for meetings that is run every hour. This will only check for updates made in Outlook to existing meetings and sync them.
  • For contact integration, there is a scheduled command that will run daily to sync changes from Ezekia to Outlook.

There is no way for users to specify how often these syncs happen.
