If you click on an email address, the system will open an email application with a new email form addressed to the selected person. Your computer's default mail application determines which application opens. After completing these changes, when you click an email address in Ezekia, the required email client will open, addressed to the correct person, and the BCC address field will be completed to ensure the email is copied to the right profile in Ezekia.
