There are two aspects to email from Ezekia.

  • If you have Outlook and an Exchange server, you can integrate Ezekia with it so that any emails you send from within Ezekia are actually sent via your Outlook.  It also means you can use the Outlook add-in, and it makes it very easy to copy emails from Outlook to the right person's profile in Ezekia.  To set this up, go to the settings page via the 3 line icon in the top right corner.  Scroll down a bit and click the 'Integrate new Email' button.  You will be prompted for your email address and your email password.
  • 'System' type emails (such as GDPR notifications and password reset emails) require the use of a DKIM change on your website that allows Ezekia to send emails using your email domain.  Prior to making the change, these emails are sent from Ezekia.com 'on your behalf'.  As such, they have a higher likelihood of being rejected by the destination email system as 'Spam'.

If you are happy to have notification emails coming from ezekia.com, you can stop reminders about it by navigating to Settings/Integrations and switching 'Enable DKIM' to No (it can always be turned on again later if needed).

Please contact support@ezekia.com if you would like the instructions to set up DKIM.
