Firms with Microsoft Exchange can synchronise meeting categories in Outlook with Ezekia, in order to set the corresponding meeting tag in Ezekia. You will need to synchronise with Exchange, including meetings, to use the feature.
Administration Changes
Your administrator will need to activate the functionality first:
On the Settings, Integrations, Microsoft page, turn on the 'Categories Sync' switch - this activates the feature for all users at your firm. If the 'Only sync tagged meetings' switch is turned on, only those meetings with a category that matches a meeting tag will be synchronised with Ezekia.

User Changes to Outlook
Only those categories in Outlook with names that exactly match meeting tags in Ezekia will be synchronised to Ezekia. In the following example, I want to be able to set a 'Business Development' meeting tag in Ezekia, so I have changed one of the existing tags to read 'Business Development' (with the same capitialisation, spacing, etc). I can repeat the process for each tag I want to be able to set in Ezekia.

Once you have made this change to your categories in Outlook, you can set the new category on the meeting in Outlook like this. The category you set for the meeting in Outlook will appear as the tag for the same meeting in Ezekia.

Note that the synchronisation only goes from Outlook to Ezekia, not the other way.
