Mismatched Candidate Numbers in Assignment Doughnut Circle

If you notice that the candidate numbers in an assignment doughnut circle do not match the numbers on the candidate’s page, such as follows:

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Recalculate Candidate Totals:
   • We have introduced a button to recalculate the candidate totals:
   • Press this button once.
   • Wait a few minutes for the recalculation to complete (this process may take up to an hour).
   • Refresh your browser to see the updated figures.

If the issue persists after following the above, you can also:

2. Check for Hidden Tags:
   • Navigate to the assignment candidate page.
   • Use the cog icon to check for hidden tags:
   • Ask your Ezekia Admin to check if the default Deleted tag has been reused/renamed (this is identified by looking for the tag which does not have an ‘X’ button next to it, only a pencil icon) as this also hides a candidate from view:
