In each assignment, there is a unique link enabling execs to register and connect direct to that assignment. This means you could create an advert somewhere, but include the link with a ‘To register your interest, click here’ button or similar. When someone registers, they sign up with our sister site ‘Not Actively Looking’ and are automatically connected with your firm and that assignment. You get a notification to say this has happened.

You can set a new pipeline status and/or tag when a user registers like this.
Go to the assignments page (1), then click the cog icon (2). Switch to the connect links tab (3).
Here you can select the status and tag used. You can also provide an automatic email response to the candidate.
If you use a new status or tag which is only for this purpose, it will be easy to identify and count the responses.
