To enter a candidate’s current salary and other compensation details:
- Navigate to the Person’s Info Page:
- Scroll down to the Confidential Information section.
- Enter the Following Details:
- Current Salary: Untick "Unset" and then input the candidate’s current salary in whichever currency you prefer.
- Bonus: Untick "Unset" and then enter any bonus amounts.
- Notice Period: Specify their notice period.
- Additional Info: Use this field to enter other forms of benefits, such as:
Stocks/Shares, Bonds, London Weighting, Company Car/Phone, Private Medical Insurance (PMI), Pension Contributions, Health and Wellness Programs, Flexible Working Arrangements, Professional Development, Childcare Support, Travel Allowances, Meal Allowances, Employee Discounts, Relocation Assistance etc.
Aspirational Compensation
To enter the candidate’s desired compensation and career aspirations:
- Navigate to the Person’s Info Page:
- Scroll down to the Aspirations section.
- Enter the Following Details:
- Position Types: Specify the types of positions the candidate is interested in.
- Annual Aspirational Salary: Input the desired annual salary.
- Bonus: Enter the aspirational bonus amount.
- Equity: Specify any equity interests.
- Next Roles: List potential next roles the candidate is aiming for.
- Company Types: Indicate the types of companies the candidate is interested in.
- Industries Interested In: Enter the industries the candidate is considering.
- Locations to Consider: Specify the locations the candidate is open to.
- Additional Info: Use this field for any other relevant aspirations or preferences.
