How do I copy records to a new assignment?

This can be done from an assignment candidate list.  

Select everyone you want to copy over to another assignment, then in the row of buttons that appears near the top of the page, click ‘Copy’. You will be prompted to pick the new assignment.  When you do this, the profiles will be copied to the new assignment with the default pipeline status (usually ‘Identified’).
