The issue is due to Outlook’s security framework. You cannot use an add-in on a shared or delegated account for security reasons. There are 2 ways to deal with this issue. 

  1. Drag the mail to your personal inbox and import from there. This will make a copy of the email in your inbox, which you can delete after the import. The original email stays in the INFO inbox. 
  2. Create a sub-folder on your personal inbox and create an Outlook rule to automatically copy emails from INFO to there. This is maybe the most efficient way if only one person is responsible for creating the profiles. However, it means you will have a duplicate of the INFO folder.
