For those firms that integrate with Boardex, it is now more difficult to import possible duplicate profiles from Boardex.
These are the rules are applied when doing the import. Are there are any people on Ezekia who:
- Have a first name which includes the first name from Boardex
- And have a last name which includes the last name from Boardex
- And have a with a company name on any of their positions that matches the Boardex position
- And do not have a BoardEx profile already linked to them
If all these are true, then a warning box comes up like the one below, giving you the option to instead link the Boardex profile to the matching Ezekia profile, or to just carry on with the original import.
