The statuses shown on people in the BD lists page (1) reflect the type of the next due task that person has. If the status is ‘On Target’ it means the user has no tasks outstanding.
A summary of the number of people with each task appears at the top of the page. The tags in the filter panel (2) can be used to filter to just the people with just the selected tags.
