You can set up personalised email templates from any person’s emails page. Write the subject and the email as you want it to appear, which can include your signature. You can change the recipient's first name to %FIRSTNAME% and this will save you having to change the person’s name each time you send it in future. The other available placeholder keys which may also be helpful for sending to multiple people are:
%FIRSTNAME%
%FULLNAME%
%LASTNAME%
%HONORIFIC%
Ensure the "%" signs have the same font styling as the key text. For example, to bold the last name, the percentage signs on either side must be bold as well (%LASTNAME%).
These placeholder keys can be found by selecting the ? next to the CC|BCC in the top right.
Once you are happy with your email design, click Templates (1), enter a new name for the template (2), then click the tick to save it. You will now be able to select the template using the Template button whenever you want it.
If you wish to delete any templates, just select the dustbin icon next to them after clicking on Templates. Your firm's administrators can create Firm Wide Templates, and share their own personal templates with the rest of the firm via the Globe icon too.
This page also includes AI capabilities, accessible via the 'AI’ button, to assist in the creation of email content. These features, help automate and refine content creation, making your communications both personal and professional.
Please note that you can only send emails from Ezekia if you have Outlook integration, and the AI capabilities are subject to a ChatGPT licence.
