This can be caused by the type of account you select (or is selected for you by Microsoft), when you set up your integration. The error might look something like this in the Outlook Add-In:


Resolution:

  • Open an incognito browser page and sign in to Ezekia on that.
  • Go to the settings page and delete the current MS integration using the trash can icon.
  • Create a new integration and enter your work email. It should prompt you to select between either 'School or Work' or a personal account. Select 'School or Work'.


Once the integration is added again and has a green tick, you can close the incognito browser page and return to your normal browser.
