If you've accidentally added a person to the Right to be Forgotten tab, or the individual has since revoked their deletion request, we can assist with removing them from this section.

What You Need to Do:

Please email support@ezekia.com with the following:

• The full name or Ezekia URL of the person you’d like to remove, along with a screenshot of the Right to be Forgotten tab.
• And either:
  • The request must come from or include the name of a senior firm user authorising the request. OR
  • A copy of the withdrawal request from the person in question.

What Happens Next:

Our Support team will review the request and pass the details to our developers, who will manually remove the record from the Right to be Forgotten tab.

⚠️ This action only cancels the pending deletion request - it does not delete, anonymise, or modify the data in any way.

GDPR Note:

Under GDPR, individuals have the right to request the deletion of their personal data - and they also have the right to withdraw that request. This process ensures compliance by allowing such reversals when appropriate and properly documented/authorised.
