Copy an image and paste it into the email panel (1, below). Use the icon shown to open the image update panel.

On the image update panel (2), change one of the fields to the width or height you want in pixels. Leave the other field blank and ensure the padlock icon is closed, and this will preserve the image aspect ratio. Click Save.

The image will be resized (3).
