Researcher text notes are now shown 'In context' of the view you are on. For example, if a user was looking at a candidate list on an assignment, then they would see the latest note that had the context of that assignment. If they were looking at the same person on the people view (where there is no context), they would see the latest note on the person, whatever its context.
This means that if you create a note on a profile within an assignment, that note might not show up as the most recent note when you viewed the profile via the people page, and vice versa.
