Navigate to the signature box section, about halfway down your settings page (via the 3 line icon in the top right corner).
You can copy the text from your existing email signature - this will retain the fonts, colours and sizes from the original. It is possible to use simple tables in the signature box by creating it in Word first, then pasting it in from there.
However, you must paste any images and logos separately. If the images are not allowed to be pasted in directly, it means they are not in the required format. This is easily remedied by pasting them into a picture editing program such as 'Paint' on a PC, 'Paintbrush' on a MAC. Then copy the image again from there and paste it into the signature box.
Links defined on text or images can also be created by selecting the text or item and clicking the chain link icon:
Once a signature has been set up, an extra checkbox will appear under the email body section on message pages. Click this to import the signature.
Please note that when you add an image to your Ezekia signature, it uses a unique encoding compatible with Outlook and most other email clients. However, some web-based email services, like Gmail, don’t support this encoding. Please see How to ensure signature images are rendered correctly in Gmail for instructions on how to overcome this.
