As there are security implications in allowing everyone to download to a spreadsheet, Ezekia Admins can control who has access to Download results from Query Builder. Apart from the administrator group itself, the default is that users other than admins are not able to download from Query Builder.
Users who are affected and need to download results from query builder can either share their query with an admin and ask them to download it, or ask the admin to grant them access to the download button.
Granting Access to Download (Administrators only)
To get the button back, an administrator at your firm will need to tick the 'Download query results' checkbox at the bottom of the permissions group you are in (see image). This may entail copying your current permissions group if you are currently in 'Researcher' or 'External', as these groups are read-only.
After that is done, you should sign off and sign on again to see the button.
