When setting up the OpenAI integration in Ezekia, you are required to provide your OpenAI Organisation ID as part of the GDPR declaration.


This ID is issued by OpenAI and is used to identify the OpenAI organisation connected to your Ezekia account. It is created and managed by OpenAI and always begins with org-. 


This is not to be mistaken with; your Ezekia organisation ID, OpenAI API key or OpenAI workspace or organisation name.


How to find your Organisation ID:

  1. Go to https://platform.openai.com

  2. Sign in to your OpenAI account

  3. Confirm you are viewing the correct organisation

  4. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner

  5. Select Settings

  6. Open Organisation

  7. Copy the Organisation ID displayed

Organisation ID not visible?

If you cannot see an Organisation ID, you may not have admin or owner permissions for the OpenAI organisation. In this case, contact the person who manages your OpenAI account and ask them to provide the Organisation ID.
