Here are the details to install the Outlook and Chrome Add-ins:
Installation of the Outlook Add-in
Go to the Outlook inbox page and click the blue ‘All Apps’ icon at the top.
- On the page that pops up, click the ‘Add apps’ button.
- On the next page, use the search box to find ‘Ezekia’
- The Ezekia add-in will appear in the list below the box. Click it.
- Click Add and accept any confirmations.
- After the installation, the Ezekia Dolphin logo will appear on the toolbar.
- Click the icon and you will be prompted for your email, password and 2FA code.
Depending on your settings, you may need an administrator to perform these actions on your behalf. Otherwise, please let us know if you encounter any problems during installation.
You can fully integrate Outlook with Ezekia by clicking the 3 line icon in the top right corner of Ezekia, then selecting Settings. Scroll down a few lines and click the ‘Integrate New Email’ button. You can then provide your Outlook credentials to accept the integration.
- To integrate meetings, click on the meetings icon and then on the ‘Windows’ icon near the top. Choose normal integration.
Installation of the Chrome Add-In
Copy and paste the following internet address into the address bar in Chrome: https://ezekia.com/install/chrome-extension
- Click the ‘Add to Chrome’ button in the top right corner.
- Confirm the ‘Add Extension’ pop-up and accept the confirmation. The extension will take a couple of seconds to install.
- Once installed, close Chrome down and restart it.
- To use the extension, you must be viewing a profile other than your own on LinkedIn or Xing. There is an Ezekia icon on the right of the page to open the add-in. There is a tutorial video on how to use the extension here: https://vimeo.com/ezekia/chrome
