This link is to a video tutorial on custom PowerPoint reports. The first part of the video shows how the reports are run, and the second part shows how authorised users can create new templates for your firm.


If you don't see any Demo reports on your system, your administrator can generate them for you. They need to click this button at the bottom of both the reports, PowerPoint pages (you might then need to then sign off and on again to see them yourself): 


Further Pointers

  • Graphics contained in a Master Slide do not work in Ezekia templates. Copy any logos or shapes individually to each slide, and remove them from the Master slide. 
  • Date fields can be formatted on grouped fields (such as position start and end dates) using this sequence: field name, date formatting, record #. eg. ${fielddate.Y#*#1}
  • Date formatting cannot be applied to University dates - these are only stored as years.
  • If you use a '?' to hide an empty field, that would otherwise return a dash, all the fields within the same cell or text box will be made blank, even if they have values.
