You cannot synchronise emails for all people records in Ezekia, but you can synchronise everyone on a company or project record in one operation. If you click the icon shown below, any candidates or contacts that are on the company or project, or are later added to it, will be synchronised with your Outlook account.
This will have the effect of clicking the 'synchronise all' icon shown below on every person related to the record, or added to the record in future. Any emails already in your Outlook addressed to those people will be synchronised, as will any emails sent to, or received from, them in the future.
Note that this only applies to the user's own Outlook account, and not to other users, who will have to click the same icon themselves to synchronise their emails.
Administrators can choose to display a warning to advise users that they have not yet clicked this icon on records they are viewing. This can be done in Settings, Integration, Microsoft, by turning on this switch:
