Industries can be added, but not updated or amended. You need to contact support@ezekia.com and request a spreadsheet of your firm's industries or job roles.
Once you have the spreadsheet, for any new record you want to add, you need to insert them into the appropriate position and place in the hierarchy within the spreadsheet.
In this example, to add the new Industry 'Paintings', I decided it should be a child of the existing 'Arts and Crafts' Industry.
Do not change any records that are already in the spreadsheet - you should only insert records.
In this example, I wanted a new Industry 'Paintings' to be under the existing 'Arts and Crafts' in the hierarchy.
I inserted a new record, and as it was a child record, entered the name I wanted ('Paintings') one column to the right of its parent record.
Instead of a number in column 1, enter the word NEW.
Repeat this for each industry you want to add. When you are happy that you have everything you want, return the spreadsheet to support, who will process it in and advise you when the new records are there.
