The add-in can sometimes become corrupted. You should delete and re-add the Ezekia add-in by following these steps:
- Go to Outlook and click the Get Add-ins icon at the top.
- In the list, you should see the Ezekia add-in. You can remove it with using the 3 dots icon in the corner.
You can then re-add the extension:
- Type Ezekia into the Search Add-ins box in the top right corner.
- The Ezekia add-in will appear in the list below the box. Click it.
- You should see the description of the add-in. Click Add and accept any confirmations.
- After the installation is complete, close & restart Outlook. The dolphin logo will appear when you are viewing an email.
Here are some further steps you can take to troubleshoot an Outlook add-in issue:
- Clear your Outlook add-in cache.
- Check for Updates: Ensure that both Outlook and your add-ins are up-to-date. Sometimes, updates can resolve compatibility issues.
- Disable Other Add-ins: Conflicts with other add-ins can cause issues. Try disabling any add-ins you don’t need to see if the problem persists.
- Repair Outlook (Right-click the Start button and select Apps and Features. Find your Microsoft Office product, select it, and click Modify then choose Online Repair).
Depending on your email security settings, you may need an administrator to do some of these steps for you.
