What does the percentage figure mean on BD lists? Print

The percentage label is dictated by the tasks against the people in that list.

100% means that there are no overdue tasks - either the person records in the lists have no tasks, or the incomplete tasks they have are all dated in the future. You will find that as tasks on the people records become overdue, the percentage will become lower.
