Migrations are usually handled by our Migrations team. The normal procedure is for you to obtain an extract of your current system and send it to us. We would then import it into the platform for you, with any necessary mapping taken care of in consultation with you.
Once we have your data, the process usually takes around 4 weeks.
The first step is to arrange a call with the Migrations team (via support@ezekia.com) who will discuss volumes, costs and timescales etc, and how to get started in obtaining your system extract.
A no-cost option is to use the Ezekia CSV import facility, but this will lose much of the richness of data from your old system. Contact support@ezekia.com if you would like help in getting started with this.
