NAL profiles don’t have any options to update them, so there is no danger of anything happening accidentally, but even so all profiles are handled the same way.  NAL profiles are no better informed than private profiles and can’t see researcher notes or anything else.  Executives only know what you choose to tell them.

Unconnected NAL profiles can get automatic emails suggesting they register with your firm, but these don’t give any details; simply that it might be a good idea to connect with your firm.  These emails are sent if

a)  You add an unconnected profile to an assignment, or

b)  If you added a private profile with an email address exactly matching an unconnected NAL profile.
