Ezekia

• If you set up a meeting in Ezekia with no invitees, then no invite goes out to Outlook, but a record does appear in Ezekia.
• If you invite yourself and others to the meeting in Ezekia, all the invitees will be invited, and you will also be named as the organiser in Outlook (see below, Duncan Barker being the organiser) 

• If you invite someone to a meeting in Ezekia without adding yourself as an invitee, you will appear in Outlook as an organiser but not an invitee.  You won't get an invitation to accept, but the invitee will (see below, Andy Newell being the organiser).

Context in the meeting is most import for linking a meeting to a particular Ezekia record (Person, Project or Company) whether is has been sent out to someone or not. Just enter whomever you need to link to the context box here:
