All:  This shows all records that you have permission to see.


Following:  Any records marked by you as being followed will be shown in this view, so you have complete control over what appears in it. Any records you created yourself, or any records you manually set yourself by clicking the edit button when using 'Follow', will appear on the follow page. To change what records you see when using 'Follow', click the edit button.  

 

In the next panel, tick any records you want to see, and untick any that you no longer want to see.  It is possible to filter the page in various ways to help you find the records you want quickly.  There is a switch in your settings page to stop any records you create yourself from being automatically set as followed if you prefer.


Mine: This shows all records that you own.


Associated:  This shows all records that you either own, or are associated to on the Info, Associates page.


Office Groups: This will only be visible if your firm uses office groups.  The page shows all records that either owned or associated with a member of the selected office group that you are in, or the selected office group you are in appears directly in the Info, Associates page.


Regions (not shown in the above image): This will only be visible if your firm uses regions.  The page shows all records that are either owned or associated with a member of an office group that is part of a region that one of your office groups are in, or a region or office group belonging to a region you are in is directly assigned to the Info, Associates page.
