Client portal users can also watch this video which summarises the Ezekia client portal.
If you have never used an Ezekia based portal before, you will be sent an invitation to connect by your search firm. Click the link to create a profile for yourself and set up a password. You will now be able to log in to the portal whenever you want to by visiting: https://client.ezekia.com/ or by using the portal URL the search firm provides for you.
You will see a screen like this, showing the search firm's logo, where you can log in. There is a link to reset your password if necessary.
Once you sign in, you will typically arrive on a landing screen where you can see basic details about the assignment. Near the top of the page you will find a number of tabs – the list can vary, but you will often see tabs for Home, Candidates, Status and Documents. 'Home' is usually the landing page you start on.
The 3 dots icon in the top right corner of every page allows you to log out of the portal or reset your password.
If you are on more than one client portal with the search firm, you can switch between them by clicking the Projects arrow indicated, then select the assignment you want to see.
